Delivery Terms and Conditions

At Gollachut Gadgets, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our delivery terms below.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver across Bangladesh through our trusted courier partners.
• Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery within 1-2 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: Standard delivery within 3-5 business days.
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery charges apply based on order value and weight.
• Outside Dhaka: Higher delivery charges may apply for distant locations.
• Free delivery promotions may be available on select orders.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for deliveries within Bangladesh.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• COD charges may apply as per courier partner policy.

Delivery Inspection

• Please inspect the package upon delivery for any visible damage.
• If the package appears damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt.
• Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
• After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
• Refunds for returned orders will be processed after deducting delivery charges.
